New Asian Fast Food

I discovered this great place for Vietnamese street food, except it's underground. They serve pho noodle soup in a hurry; no time to add many ingredients. It is the Vietnamese Casual restaurant, VC for short. Funny thing, two of the waiters had nosebleeds at the same time. Dessert was a blast. Find this eatery outside Saigon, in a place called Cu Chi. Rating: 3 out of  5 shovels. Bon appetite.
